a lot of these depend on your state. I know that the common rule for stopping is 10 feet per every 10 mph, so A 55 seem good. As for the insurance, some states approaching New Hampshire don't even require insurance, while others like california are pretty strict. Again, on 48, it depends on the state. In New Hampshire someone can drive if they hold epilepsy, but I have a friend here within San Francisco that cannot drive because hers is so bad. Maybe index what state you are in and you can catch some better information
