Driving Test..?

Ok so I'm taking the written portion of the Driving test tomorrow and I hold a question roughly my study guide. Ok so this is the question:

In a passanger sports car or truck (with a manufactures rate carrying capicity of not more than 1,500 pounds) which of the following should use safety belts?
A. Only the driver
B. Only the front form passengers
C. All passenger
D. The driver, front seat passenger, and the beack form passengers underneath 15

Okay so my answer is C, all passenger. But on the key it said that the correct answer is D. But there's a NEW imperative that says that adjectives passengers must wear their safekeeping belt!

I'm confused if this question is on the try-out will I get speckled off for picking D even though it be on my study guide? (I'd pick C though). I'd ask my instuctor but he's out of town for the holidays.

PS --I live in Texas

Does selling alcohol contained by petrol stations...

Answers:    Yes you will catch a point off if you pick the answer to be precise not on the guide. Sometimes the tests are not updated to different laws. Even though you may be right it is one point and that can be the difference contained by passing and failing. I would of picked D but to be exact just me and the law are different in every state. Good luck on your theory test tomorrow. I hope this has help.;)
