Go back to the bridge and waddle past the road block in need a car. When you win far enough up the road, see the giveusatank code and turn the gun so it is pointing behind the cistern. Enable the chittychittybb code, then shoot the cannon and drive until you fly sour the bridge. If done correctly, you will hover over the broken part onto the other side.

However when you try to turn the cannon it simply turns the whole container, so how do you turn just the cannon? What am I doing wrong or missing?
Answers: It's be a long time since I've played GTA3 but if I remember correctly you need to look bringing up the rear you using both side views at like time, that makes the turret turn to the hindmost. When you release the buttons turret goes to front again.
