I hold just be out in my motor and 4 school children stepped out surrounded by front of me 20 yards previously a crossing and another 3 straight out in front of me 20 yard after the crossing!
Is it bad driving or deficiency of road sense in teenagers??

The teenagers appear to be in the wrong base on your question.
Many teenagers chew over that since pedestrians have the right of route, they can walk out surrounded by front of any car they want. This is a wreckless and death-defying attitude. You never know when someone is not going to react contained by time. By then, it would enjoy been too behind time and the teen would be dead.
Lack of nurture on road safety, my brother used to shift to a little club call 'tufty club' (not sure why that's what it was call, but it was) and they used to teach crossing the road undamagingly with parents and little children. It be closed down after a while though as they didn't have adequate support or funds. Why aren't these initiatives supported and funded? Because people one and only start to care after a child have been kill, that's when the government tries doing something something like it. Surely if young race are educated surrounded by the first place there will be no death due to children walking out in front of cars.
Young relations cannot be blamed when it is society failing them.
