I purchased this car as Honda certified from a Honda dealer. Is this true that these white backside turn signals are illegal in Pennsylvania?

It is illegal the dealership is obligated to foot your ticked because they sold you a car knowing that it was not street trial. they broke the law when they sold it to you. by law a dealership cannot deal in a car that is not road worthy.
