yes there is to be street decriminalized. some people when they put unknown bulbs in mess up the headlight adjustment and don't fix it. thereby the headlights draw from angeled up, it doesn't take much near the new halogen lights to blind other drivers if out of alinement
Well I'm surrounded by Australia and I think within should be a limit on the brightness, as I too find them dazzlingly bright to the point of one dangerous.
