My friends got hit by a vehicle today around 6:00pm. and I was riding my bike beside my friend sam to go to the park. When I see a pizza hut saloon just sitting surrounded by the road. I was staring at the saloon, when I realized my friend shannon be on the corner. The only entity that happened be it was a slow road for a turn, and the coup¨¦ didn't see her riding her bike down to the bottom of the hill. And so when he go up the hill, around the corner.. he hit her. She individual has a cut into on her leg for falling off the bike but save for that her bikes messed up! He offerred her a free pizza from pizza hut and theres no legal achievement or what not but still since he offered her free pizza, is that bribing or feeling unpromising or what? shannon and sam and I are ALL 13yrs.

The subsequent day his posterior hurt so much he went to see his doctor. found out the calamity herniated a disc in his posterior. if he did not have a police report and the guys insurance information, he would of have to pay for adjectives of the medical costs. hope everything works out ok for your friend.
The driver should have packed out an accident report - I would bid the pizza hut and make them pack out one, depending on who was at glitch the driver could get a ticket, and the pizza companies insurance should foot to get her a topical bike. I would not settle for a free pizza - I am sure that pizza hut probably has a strict proceedure for this type of piece, as they wouldn't want to get sued over something close to this - it could be a considered a hit and run even if the police weren't called to the scene of the coincidence.
