my neigbour is alsways making it hard for me to attain my car contained by or out of my driveway , by blocking it or parking so close making it difficult to manouver , they have 2 cars and no driveway, theres plenty space for them to park nearer to near house , but they always park surrounded by such a way that make it difficult for me to use my drive how can i deal next to this
