My hubby can take me around town if needed but he works full time, my parents are concerned and create a fuss about it because I may inevitability to drive somewhere on an emergency basis. I quality helpless as I have ruined my driver test twice and solely have voucher. I do not work.
Answers: Depending on how far out in the country you are moving, that may in reality be a good item. If you have an unfold field, a private road, etc, you may know how to get contained by some good practice time and be capable of take the theory test and get your license. I grew up out within the country and began driving on rear roads and in the field when I was roughly speaking 10 years old (things be a bit different back afterwards, but I don't think you will own too much trouble finding places to practice your driving).
As for the emergency driving situation, if you are stopped, simply explain the emergency, and most likely the officer will any offer to follow you to your destination, or hold you leave the vehicle parked and impart you a ride (an inconvenience is not an emergency, by the way).
