I've actually never rode on a bicycle before and I deem I'm a little too old to be riding beside training wheels. I don't think they even craft training wheels for adults. How do you ride a bike? If you know how to ride a bike, how long did it take you to swot? Is it safe to ride a bike without a helmet and shoulder pad? I don't really want to carry a helmet around with me.
Sincerely,
Thomas

They right to be heard ..time is...
Well my friend, I learned to ride a bicycle at a very infantile age. For a while I had training wheels, but eventually removed them as expected. It just takes time and polite practice. You will need help from a friend to assistance you stay balanced, and I would start out slow. It's great that you want to learn how to ride, it can be really fun! Although it is permitted for people aged 16 and above (in most States that is) to not wear a helmet, it generally is not protected, you should always wear a helmet while riding a bicycle. I've personally never worn shoulder pad while riding a bike, but you just might want to wear shoulder pads for a while until you catch the real hang of it (just to be safe). I aspiration the best of luck to you, and have fun!Sincerely,
Thomas
