How to start speeches going on for parking by store entrance?

I am (not trying to brag) a good speech writer/speaker. It depends which point of view you're coming from.

If you be positive e.g. it's good then to use points such as:
If a customer have a heavy load and staff are busy, they wouldn't enjoy to go as far. If a customer has young-looking children in car next they can zip in while keeping an eye on them.

If you speak that they shouldn't then:
The same but opposite.

You could start next to:
'How many times have you needed to budge into a shop while keeping an eye on something in your car? If you could park within the entrance EVERY time, then it could save stress, anger and your reputation beside others.'

Or maybe:
'Imagine if EVERY time you came home and someone have parked in front of your garage or parking spot, no where else around to park; you have a heavy load/a lot of items need to be disturbed and worst of adjectives, someone was expecting you. This is how the truck drivers feel when inhabitants park in front of store entrances, when they need to deliver something.'
Or start bad about elderly, overweight etc

Good luck with your speech, and I hope this help a bit!
