i was coming from a 40 2 a 30 inhibit going down a hill on a curving corner as i come around the corner there be an MSC parked up about 30 yard ahead doing checks.
as soon as it was marked i reduced my speed to 30 and approched/passed doing the limit. but in recent times as i was coming out of the corner i be still going 40.
whats the chances it caught me speeding?
The tenet says the camera have to be visible from at most minuscule 60 yards away. (which i believe it was'nt) so if i do receive a ticket can i use this as an argument againt the charge ?
Answers: You could try but more than predictable they will make you income. If you try and fight it you could wind up up making it more hassle than its worth but it is always worth a run at trying to dispute it
