Is anyone else at guiltiness?

Driving to town the other day under snowy weather conditions. I be driving 30 which I feel would of made people trailing me mad because most people will step 45 in the conditions I was contained by, was coming around a corner on a hwy and two cars were surrounded by a wreck with both cars in my lane and the population in between the cars talking more or less it. I tried to brake but my car started going sideways so I let rotten the brake and gas and tried to steer the car in the other lane but the corner be at a right incline and my car just started sliding towards the wreck and the general public who just looked at us and then right when we be up to them decided they needed to run for it I hit a lady and I guess I hit the cars adjectives I was concerned about be the lady and due to the fact that I jarred the other cars near minor cuts and bruises to a child and his mother. No one was seriously hurt, Thank God. Is it not their fault also? Get away from the coincidence if you can when conditions are icy or you are around a corner

Safest motor?

The people you hit may not have be behaving sensibly, but it is still your defect. You should have been driving at a speed which allowed you to stop, on your own side of the road, surrounded by the distance you could see was safe. If the weather is bleak, you slow down. If the cars behind you don't like it, to be exact their problem, not yours.

I hold a driving assessment coming up,...

Usually your supposed to drive at a speed you can safely stop at under doesn`t matter what the weather conditions are.

How several times can you go wrong...

Answers:    I feel for you, there be little you could have done. You were driving slowly and they know the weather conditions especially considering they were at an accident scene. Why contained by the world would they wait for the last second to move when they could see you too be having a problem avoiding THEIR accident? I see it as their reprimand not yours. One of their party should have walk to the corner to wave at oncoming cars about the threat ahead.

What should you do if it's driving...

Obviously you were.Still driving to vigorous for conditions and lack of drivers skill.

What age can you find a security...

It sounds like the road conditions caused the wreck and near was nothing you could do to prevent it. I'm not sure what the rules are in relation to wrecks, but I would imagine the law requires the drivers to move their cars out of the road if they are drivable. You didn't mention if charges enjoy been filed against you, but if they are you should hire a suitable lawyer.

I have need of the statute surrounded...

you should learn driving once more after after you come on the road because it might be a major coincidence.

What should I do?

As well I am smiling that everyone is okay but here is a very good rule to follow within these types of conditions including any slippery surface.

Slow down at the first sign of rain. This is when many roads are the most slippery because grease and dust have not been wash away.

A slippery road will not give your tires the grip they need. Drive more slowly than you would on a dry road.

Adjust your speed as follows:

Wet road—go five to ten miles slower.
Packed snow—reduce your speed by partly.
Ice—slow to a crawl.
