i be at a green light on a street near 2 way traffic that is to say perpendicular to a street next to 3 lanes going any way (6 lane + median). There was a truck in the middle in the intersection waiting to turn onto the 3 lane highway. He turned when near was break surrounded by the traffic so i proceeded after while the light be still green. Almost instantly after i passed the stop line, the street light turned amber so i kept going as i had no time to stop. when i be in the intersection, within the perpendicular lane furthest away from me, the lady took sour quickly and i hit her. Would that be my eccentricity?
