Massachusetts passed the law of JOL incresing the hours of driving college, and all. However it be effecive in september 1, 2007. And i get my permit within june 25th so I wanna know if i have to the foreign requirements of 30 hrs of class and etc; because if it costs S200 more. Or since I got it up to that time the they passed the law do i own to do the new requirements or the outdated one.
