Answers:    As stated at 16 you can only ride a 50cc moped ( could be a 3 wheel car as surrounded by Q-pod)
To ride this bike or drive this vehicle you have to lug a CBT.
The CBT only last for two years unless you already have a FULL motor licence whereby it is valid for the duration of the full Car licence.
However at attaining 17 the CBT now allows you to ride a 125cc bike or scooter (so your 90 comes underneath that), at the end of your two years you will have need of to retake your CBT unless you have passed your motorbike theory test.
