I got within a accident yesterday.. not sure on the plunder cost yet, but It won't be cheap. I be turning a corner and a woman hit my front drivers side corner.. trying to pass me but did not see another sports car coming at her. Anyways, the cop said she got a ticket for slapdash driving.. and since I should have wait for her (even though she had her turn signal on to turn the corner.. I know my bad) that we be both at fault. He never exactly said I get a ticket, nor did I get one at the scene. I get a number to call for my stroke of luck number.. I assume for insurance purposes?
Anyways, does me also being at error mean I also draw from a ticket.. or is this just going to lift my insurance for having an chance claim?
I'm only 19.. so if nearby is no ticket involved, I'm just going to fix what I can myself, and not return with it professionally fixed with my insurance company..
