So long as the warranty holder is accompanied by a parent, trial guardian, or licensed driving instructor, you can have as copious passengers surrounded by the back seat(s) as the vehicle is equipped for. It's a bit of a grey nouns for the 21 year or older instructor who isn't a "driving instructor". There are restrictions for the probationary license as resourcefully including many untried ones.
