NW Washington State drivers. What the heck is going on next to you?

MY bf's car took a dirt doze recently and so i am have to drive him to his job working on the wishy-washy rail to hand South Seattle every morning at 5-6AM. The stupidest crap happened this morning, happen every morning, but this morning was especially retarted. Things be so-so untill we get sour the free way. And inside the 1 mile drive to the job site an SUV nearly run me off the road, so i tolerate him pass and after he wrecked his SUV into the median wall. A person on a bicycle swerved right out contained by front of me and i barely have time to stop, so i honked at him and he yells F YOU as loud as he could. <ok that division was funny> but still stressful. And next when we reached the point to turn rotten to the job site, and i turned on blinker to verbs in the little truck trailing me pulled in as ably thinking that he was following me to the freaking onramp to 1-5, 405. What is going on here? Is it the precipitation we got this morning? People should be used to it raining within seattle by now.

Answers: That's why I really HATE driving contained by the Seattle area... What's up next to the diamond lanes on the 405? Two lane of traffic bumper-to-bumper at a dead stop, and one lane beside a car every 10-15 second going 60 MPH? If everyone could use that third lane, then I don`t know some of the tie-ups could be reduced or avoided. Seems like a total spend of resources to me.
