How many of you has ONstar to be precise going to be discontinued due to the analon / digital transference? I recieved a letter saying that since our system be made with analog, they are not required to serve us. I wonder what we could do about this. It be bought and paid for and every month for 7 years monthly payments have be paid, now, adjectives this nice stuff on this vechile is going to be unuasable. I think this is so wrong, I feel so vunerable to pocketing now that we won't have it. Also surface wronged as well. Any ideas of protection after this? I thought roughly speaking GPS but it won't shut off your engine if someone steals it nor some other features. Please advise from those that really know. Thank you.

As a result, beginning January 1, 2008, OnStar service in the United States and Canada will be available singular through vehicles that are capable of operating on the digital cellular meet people.
We at OnStar sincerely regret that we will not be able to provide OnStar service to vehicles next to analog equipment after December 31, 2007.
