Over hours and over tired driving tractor trailer.?

the company i work for has me come contained by at 7am thinking i will leave on my trip soon here after. however every time i start a trip they dont have the papers equipped or the load cant be picked up or something and i pause up there until after lunch .
however i am still to arrive at the places at the same time .
i am really falling asleep at the controls the dispatchers have no impression . that they cant do this and have me be awake. dont read aloud quit as that is lately not an choice here please help.

Answers:    I hold been where on earth you and the other answerers are at. Stay up all sunshine, wait for a nouns and have to be 16 hours away by the subsequent morning. The absolute guarantee is that if you log an calamity or a violation...you will be the one to remuneration. That's when everyone will step up to the plate and say he should enjoy told us or he should have decline the load or he know the rules. It's a funny game, but thats adjectives there is too it. In the wind up, it is up to you to set the game straight. In the recent past you might have done it a few times and presently they see you as the go to guy. Unfortunately we are not adjectives robots and you have to stand up and speak whoa there. Enough is plenty. I started at 7am...I've logged 5 hours of on duty time...I've got solely a maximum of 9 hours available to drive. (In Canada it's 8 hours consecutive in the sleeper berth...2 hours surrounded by the sleeper during the day...2 hours on duty and 12 hours driving). Unfortunately, in that are many companies who don't similar to this, but as long as you have logged it within your logbook then you are risk-free. If they push you to deliver then stop at the nearest degree and show them your logbook recording when you have your conversation and were "pushed". The fine will be the companies after and not yours.

when i was driving it be the same, i told them if they needed the load to be prompt, to have it geared up when it was surpose top be.......document everything in ur log and walk by then......if u acquire tired, stop and sleep......if they *****, they *****.....i told them once that when they bitched at me, "to either fire me, or agree to me get the nouns ther safely. that i be not going to take out a relatives in motor because ther scheduling is not fissable"
