Can you park on a yellow strip if there is no time plate? For example, I am not within a CPZ. There is a single yellow dash on one side of the road with a time plate indicating times of restrictions, but on the other side of the road, in attendance is a single yellow & NO time plate. Can I park on this side of the road officially?
