Answers: Here's a fresh idea: only pay the ticket! If you be parked in a "NO Parking" zone, at an expired meter, within a bus stop, at a fire hydrant, or in vandalism of "Alternate Side of the street rules", they've got you inert to rights. There is NO defense possible. Even if the car is disabled, you should enjoy had it removed up to that time the offense occurred; even if YOU be disabled (for which you'd need a handicap placard or plate), you would still merely be able to park at an expired meter for a short interval of time before earn a richly deserved ticket. Again, my advice? Pay the ticket asap (if you shame it, you'll only incur penalty including but not limited to suspension of license and/or impound of the vehicle). Good luck!
