I know that the gov. uses the law to be paid money but you know how some people articulate that doesn't hurt any one but them self that is wrong! if a party is in the rear legs with no form belt and the people surrounded by front are and they crash the unbuckled person contained by the back could injer (excuse spelling 12 year frail spelling here) the rest of the people for anyone just poor
