This is a pet peeve of mine and it leaves me completely mystified as to why people do it. Do they a moment ago not know that those lines on the pavement signify a crosswalk? It's a slily question, but conceivably someone who does this can explain to me why because I just don't bring it.
Answers: I understand what you are aphorism. It is my belief that those drivers pay no attention to what they are doing. Other drivers hold no idea what a crosswalk is.
The drivers who commit this accomplishment can be cited and fined.
