Okay, so I started Drivers Ed last semester [started in September ..] and the hot teen driving law that was forceful Jan 1st stating teens have to have their voucher for 9 months before obtaining a drivers license. If I have my permit before next does that law still require for me? I'll turn 16 in February so it'll be 6 months. Is it the grandfather clause or do I own to wait the other 3 months?
