I live in Washinton state and here you enjoy to have your license for 6 months, if ur beneath 18, if you want to drive anyone under 21 besides on the spot family. If I enjoy a licensed driver in the sports car over 21 can I drive anyone else??
Answers: The following is from pages 6 and 7 of the Washington
Driver Guide:
Intermediate Driver License — If you are 16 or 17 and stumble upon the requirements, you will be issued an intermediate driver license that has rules designed to relaxation young drivers into the responsibilities of driving.
Once you receive an intermediate license, the following
restrictions apply:
1.) For the first six months you may not drive any
passenger below 20 who is not a member of your
instant family.
2.) For the remaining time, you may not drive more than
three passenger who are under 20 who are not
member of your immediate relations.
Restrictions are automatically lifted when you’ve have
an intermediate license for one year from the date of
issuance and:
o you have not be involved in an automobile collision.
o you enjoy not been convicted or found to enjoy
committed a rules-of-the-road traffic offense or
violated any of the intermediate license restrictions.
On your 18th birthday, your license automatically
becomes a central license without the intermediate license
restrictions. You do not own to visit a driver license office
to make over your license.
