I want to get rainfall guards for my 07 Tacoma. Are the In-channel guards any better or worse than the stick on ones. I am big on looks and i am afraid that the stick-on ones will look stupid. My worry beside the In-channel ones is that they will not seal tightly when my skylight is rolled up all the channel and I will get an annoying whistle while driving. So i must ask the cross-examine I need to know. I would prefer the In-channel guards but do they trademark well when the skylight is rolled up all the path?
Answers: The in-channel guards fit into the channel outside of your porthole, so there's no problem with curl noise or leak. Your window continues to trademark as it always have. I much prefer them to the stick-on types which are attached with double sided foam cartridge that eventually breaks down and the rain guard comes loose or falls stale.
DO NOT PAINT rain guards! This is a really stupid hypothesis, that will end up giving you a Huge Blind Spot to your vanished and right, and make your sports car unsafe to drive in traffic!
I step with the stick ons. I fairly stay dry and headache free not to mention theft free. Have them painted to contest the vehicle. If you leave them beside your local body shop and ask them to paint them over the next few weeks when they seize a minute, you can probably have them done cheap.
