i was driving on local street here is 3 lanes. i be on left lane going straight and here is a car subsequent to me. that car sped up and cutted contained by front of me and then she merged into not here turn center lane, to make a disappeared turn. she suddenly stopped and she wasnt completely into her lane. her car reverse end be in my lane. plus she didnt turn on her gone turn signal when she changed lane? i was going 20mph the speed hamper it's 25-30mph. i had no time to stop it. so i crashed into her flipside end. who's blame is that?? need to know snatched...thanks.
