A car (car 1) be in front of me (car 2) at a red table lamp, left turn individual lane. Both of our car be completely stop. Lights turn green and both of us proceeded. Oncoming traffic was a red flimsy. Car 1 was making a not here turn, a car (car 3) run a red light from oncoming traffic cause car 1 to break straight away right in front of me (car 2). The coup¨¦ 3 that ran the red street lamp did not get hit because vehicle 1 brake really hard. Because of the sudden stop due to sports car 1 avoiding car 3 from running the red restrained, car 2 (my car) flipside ended vehicle 1.
In this situation, who is at fault? Car 3 is not within the picture because car 3 sped stale. Car 2 hit car 1 due to a intricate break from car 1 to avoid motor 3 from running a red light.
Please support. I need answers asap.
Answers: You are at quirk, unfortunately. I know it doesn't seem to be fair, since Car 3 run a red light, but surrounded by a rear-end accident, the sports car that was down is always at idiosyncrasy. You are supposed to have a hulking enough following distance to be capable of prevent such an occurrence.
