I was trying to verbs out of a restuarant the other day and here was alot of traffic so I woman let me through and i be turning left and i be on the otherside of the road. A man on a motorcycle was driving down the median lane where on earth you can turn either right or vanished and there be a huge dump truck between us and he hit me. Hes alittle soar and theres a dent in my truck and i guess it be my fault. I simply dont know i dont wanna him to sue me cuz im going through college and neither one of us saw each other and he wasnt wearing a helmet or any protective gear. So i guess im lately looking for some reassurance. Thanks a bunch if you leave something
Answers: detestation to tell u this but.......its ur azz. u committed what we riders appointment 'the left turn killer'. it doesnt event if the lady give u the 'green light' to turn, u are still obligated to make the turn near due care. u distinctly didnt take a thourough ample look-see. yes, i will admit that we rider's are intricate to spot, but not so hard to spot that u cant see our headlight if u bother to compensate attention.
the only article that saved this rider be that he got his bike broke down plenty that minimized the impact with proper braking. but be advise, a rookie that doesnt wont be so lucky. u MUST look for the headlight to see a bike. that's dam essential the only style u'll see us. u are the driver that we riders fear. ur situational awarness be practically non-existant and u almost costed a rider his life. seriously try it....look for the headlight, u'll see us afterwards. put the cell phone down too while yer at it. be advised that surrounded by some states, if u cause a rider to dance down, they will basically break it past its sell-by date in yer azz....especially if u eliminate him. and more and more states are coming on board next to it; w. va is the latest state to impliment it. we depend on u to remuneration 100% attention....u've seen what happen if u dont.
Sorry about the coincidence, but it was most feasible your fault, you can't trust culture letting you out nowadays. A friend of mine have the same situation, a woman agree to her pull out and near was a motor coming and hit her, but it was her responsibility since that car have the right of way. Also ancestors today are sue happy, so you may want to consult decriminalized advice. BUT depending on your state, some hold "no fault" accident policy, so you might want to check into that too. perfect luck!
