I live in Orange County, CA and I be driving 55 miles on a 35 miles road. I was wondering if I should agenda a day at court because if the officer doesn't show up, I be told that the fine will be taken away and I wouldn't have to compensate anything. But what happens if the officer does show up? Would I still enjoy the option to attend traffic institution so the point won't go on my journal?

Answers: I went to court hoping the officer wouldn't show up contained by LA, and he didn't so I thought i was within the money, the judge ordered another court date when the officer would be available......superfluous to say, that sucked.
Try to find out when the officer who pulled you over has a light of day off, and try to diary a court date for that date, early within the morning.
