No I don't think so a majority of the kids are pretty smart at the moment and can make the right choice. When my own kids turned 16 they did not want to learn to drive but. They said that they felt they were unawares and would let me know when they are. They made that choice on their own and Iam starting to see it with others as all right, only they know their own confidence level. Some are geared up some are not.
