First permit me say that i'm 27 years old and a guy. Personally I reckon that no one should be allowed to drive if they suck at it. I have see many elderly people driving 75-85 mph on the illustrious way. That is a great thing. Then I see lots 20 year old girls driving in the vanished lane doing less than the speed limit.
