Should dated inhabitants be allowed to drive?

Tether Strap surrounded by my Contour??!?

At what age do culture become "elderly"?

Just in case you don't know it, studies by the AAA and US policy agencies have shown that young drivers (16-20) are more expected to be involved in crashes and fatal accident than older, more experienced drivers.

This is due to less experience and more risk-taking than elder drivers. The studies have also found that when teens take safekeeping classes they are more likely to be involved in accident due to a false sense of security inspired by those courses.

It can be concluded that young citizens are DANGEROUS due to their lack of experience, their willingness to filch risks, and an unsupported sense of security. They have smaller amount experience when it comes to driving conditions and appropriate speeds.

I think re-testing every 2 years would be more appropriate.

Not all seniors are senile or death-defying, just as all teens are not thoughtless or drunk drivers!
Retest reflexes periodically, as we already do for vision. If someone have poor vision or reflexes, nick their license, but not merely based on chronological age.

Why so tons trucks and cars...

no. neither should teenagers or men

How is the 91 freeway between anaheim...

I feel that a certain age, i would personally utter 62 or 65, they should be tested when they have license renewal. Those people conversation about younger drivers I might agree to a point but I think a graduate license is a better way to go; you call for experience driving to get better so if you couldn't drive until you were 18 you would still be smaller amount experienced and have more accidents. Personally I suggest using a cell phone while driving should be illegal at any age; hands free stuff isn't a assistance because the problem is really your mentally not driving you are thinking about the conversation more then anything else. Older inhabitants driving overly cautious are probably a contributing factor in more accident then proven because they aren't in them they newly cause them. My mother is 83 and happens to agree beside me on this; she will not drive unless she needs too and does not at night-she calls one of us if she have to go somewhere but really just schedule her stuff to drive places in daytime and not during rush hours as much as possible. She actually still drives capably but knows her reflexes are rotten and not as good as she used to be. It is individual so testing after a lasting age should be required. Freedom to drive is not a protected right but is a privilege.

Your elegant children are all grown now and have children of there own. Your health is still dutiful. Oh wait...suddenly, you have another birthday. You turned 70 today. What a mile stone. You quality great, you feel fortunate that you have not have any health issues, really. Just the usual, nothing serious. You and your husband are still competent to take care of yourself and your home that you hold both lived at for years. Then you receive some thing in the post. What is this you wonder? Now, how would you feel? We cannot put age on abilities.

Old people are safe drivers. They're slower, more scrupulous and more vigilant.

So the question should be "Should any of us drive?"
YES,I THINK THEY SHOULD IF THEY PASS THE TESTS.BUT I THINK YOUNGER PEOPLE SHOULD`NT BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS ON THE PHONE AND ARE DANGEROUS.

To driving instructors, I hold a press...

noooooooooooooo...in the past 5 years, a moment ago in the 4 towns close by me, one octogenarian plowed through a dunkin donuts, severely injuring one person, another smashed into the town library, another flattened a crowd at a july 4 fireworks show, another woman drove her motor into the connecticut river ( she then sued the firefighters who saved her if you can believe that) and another drove her vehicle straight through a restaurant and landed in a quagmire.i aint makein it up!

Old is not the issue. Ability is. They should all enjoy to pass driving skills tests, at any age. This would cost abundantly of money, so it's not gonna happen
its my thought, that once a person starts to receive retirement, speak at 67 or so, they should be checked more often by motor vehicles to see if they are still apt to drive, and not trying to be mean to them but they get out doing a tour and go sooooooooo slow, and be evaluated more than every 5 years, depending on their driving grade every 2 years come surrounded by to be re-checked, its not just for their safety

I believe at age 50, and every 5-10 years after that, frail people should take a driving examination. Just like the one you take surrounded by driver's ed.
After 50 years old, people initiate to deteriorate. Not only are their reflexes slower, but their brains set off to relax more, muscle coordination goes, and they aren't really compatible for the youth driven folks out there doing a tour doing 85 in a 55...
Not that speeding is particularly okay, granted, but when the majority of citizens driving, drive like that, if they can't handle it, they net it harder for the rest of the people.
Remember when it used to be okay to stop and wait next to your blinker on, in the on-ramp for Hwy 281? Well, due to the increase of drivers, it is not safe, (not that it above all ever was all that safe) but several old people don't realise, that for their own safekeeping and the safety of others, they just shouldn't adjectives be on the road.
Yes, and No
Yes, as long as they possibly retake the driving test, that method they are sure that they are still safe.
No, because there are so lots old people that can't drive that do anyway because near old age you start to lose your sight which might brand you get in an luck and your hearing so you cant hear the horn.
Also, some old general public are losing their hight so they are short, that could also be a problem.
I dont think teens should drive either, because they are ALWAYS on the phone, that's also a big problem.
'Old' is a relative permanent status...I'm assuming you mean 'senior, senior citizens'...that's people that are 75 and above...
yes, they should still be capable of drive but on a limited amount (possibly only during daylight hours)...and more momentous, they should be road tested by the DMV every 2 or 3 years in order to renew their license...

Answers:    Yes, if they are physically and mentally capable. They are some people out nearby of any age, they are the most stupid ever.

The case here is age irrelevant.

What you seems to indicate is, that people with physical and mental impairments that will stop their driving abilities, due to age should be allowed to drive? The answer is pretty obvious, NO and explicitly on any age.
no. neither should teenagers or men
