i was travelling southbound on this street until i come across an intersection with 3 stops (four essentially).
in attendance are two lanes for southbound traffic, two lane for northbound traffic, and oen lane each for westbound and eastbound
i be on the leftmost lane and travelling southbound, and stopped at the intersection. two northbound cars stopped about equal as i did. another vehicle was travelling westbound, most credible going to turn, but no signal light, and is stopped at the east side of the intersection. pedestrians are on the southeast corner of the intersection and started crossing at this instant... another vehicle at the west side of the intersection be preparing to turn, no signal light that i remember of
i have my left turn signal lighting on, waiting for my turn. the two other cars going northbound already went straight, because me (turning towards eastbound) and the vehicle on the east side of the road cannot move because of the peds crossing within front of him..

You were historic your stop sign/signal. You failed to concede right of way, so you be at fault. If I be on a jury I would award to the plaintiff. You should have have liability insurance on your vehicle. Then you wouldn't be in court today. And stay the hell away from companies similar to Fred Loya Insurance. The don't pay their claims. I know. I be hit by two different drivers who were insured next to them over the last six years...
