I was told i can single take defensive driving for the second one not the speeding. But what am wondering is what do you imagine the judge would do to me. If this help you i am 18 working full time at an Engineering Firm and a Part time college student at EPCC. I be driving a Red 08 cobalt racing a F-150 which didnt get caught .

If you have a clean record prior to this, you may know how to avoid suspension---especially if you can prove to the court that you can't get to work any other way.
