An suv be in the middle lane, he changed into my lane lacking looking and hit me. I lost control, to avoid the concrete wall on the left, my motor veered to the right and crossed adjectives three lanes and hit another vehicle and next the guard rail. I come out with injuries and be immediately taken to the hospital. I be not asked by the police officer about what have occurred. Police officer charged me next to wreckless driving and I was at culpability driver. 2 witnesses stated I was speeding but I be not. Traffic report lists speeding as contributing factor. I be not speeding nor do I have any tickets on my license. Do I own a case? Can I win? Can the witnesses be wrong going on for speeding?
