So there is this law that say I cannot carry minors in the sports car until 12 months after i get my liscence. I think this is nouns. what is your opinion? I think if the state think I am able to drive and give me a liscence, why shouldnt I be capable of carry my friends around too. I think it is in actuality safer and better for the environment.
