where is canon enforcement? why are they not out enforcing the adjectives rules of the road and not citeing the rude and stupid drivers on the streets and highway? it is getting increasingly dangerous to drive beside all the knuckleheads doing a tour.
One of my biggest pet peeves are the drivers who simply casually drive along within the passing lane. Most of the time, they are going 10-15 mph lower than the speedlimit and just lollygaging. So when you enjoy two lanes and both of them are moving at a snales gait and you cant get around them.
I other see the popo on the roads, but they never pull them over. When chitchat to a buddy who is in the police department. He told me that they don't envorce that imperative here where we live because if it (ticket) be to be contested in court, it is other thrown out or the ticket reversed. So they know this and don't even bother with enforce it.
I agree, I take a blas¨¦ carpool into work and some days is terrifying to ride near these people. People are a moment ago clueless when it comes to common sense, or they deliberate that they are above the other drivers and therefore don't get the impression a need to follow the rules of the road.
These populace need to swot that driving isn't Burger King- they can't have it their passageway.
the fuzz isnt going to be able to win all of them. if u dream up its bad man in a saloon, try the same on a bike. i guarentee u'll look at things much differently. seem that if ur not paying 110% attention, some fool that definately is havin a brain fart is gonna smoke u.

3. If a community wants more officer, then they should be inclined (and able) to pay for them. That mechanism more taxes and eliminating other community expenses, approaching schools, parks, libraries, ambulance, street lighting and sweeping, etc.
4. Best we can do, as individuals, is to be the best, safest drivers we can be. For some, one of the biggest improvements they can manufacture in themselves is to hold their tempers surrounded by check.
Answers: State Highway Patrol helps enforce highway and interstate traffic flow. They can just do so much.
But, in the city or county, solely 60% to 70% of a department is assigned to general patrol, which includes answering call, providing assistance, enforcing traffic law, and all of the remaining things. Some larger departments own specific traffic patrol divisions that focus and specialize in traffic enforcement.
So, my counsel is to you is to watch out for yourself. Eventually, the persistent traffic violators are caught and receive the appropriate punishment.
