A personage might like red and be a little outdated lady but more likely to be an aggressive driver so more potential to speed and to get into accidents. If you be aggressive you probably wouldn't buy the baby blue car instead of the bright red one.

Based on studies, people purchase (or are drawn to) persuaded colors based on their personalities. across the world speaking, people who purchase red cars tend to have a more aggressive or fun/adventurous sense of self. They may therefore tend to take more probability, be less concerned with "following rules". Once again this is one and only speaking in general, but may own something to do with (combined with the certainty that red is a more noticeable color) the reason red cars draw from more tickets. I agree that there does not seem to be any information nearly red cars being involved in more accident, just more tickets.
