I'm donig a driver's ed report on driving techniques. i have need of to know about different types of tires that are used for different weather conditions. anyone know anything in the region of that? or i can i find information on it?

Weirdly ample, today on CNN they had a segment devoted to "winter tires" and they tested them out on an rime rink compared to the "all season tires"- it be scary! If I lived contained by a different, cold icy place I'd DEFINITELY buy the winter tires.
