According to the AASHTO green book, the turn radius for a 55' tractor trailer (WB-50) is 45 feet. The turn radius for a 50' tractor trailer (WB-40) is 40'. There is zilch specifically for a 53' tractor trailer, but you will be in the ballpark next to the 50' and 55' information.

The only 53' vehicle is a motor home-boat combo and its turning radius is 50 foot.

A B Train can be no longer than 82 ft 6 in. Then the tricky constituent is knowing Kingpin settings (which is where the tractor connects to underneath the trailer...some have 48 inch....some hold 36 inch...some have 24 inch designation from the front of the trailer to the kingpin.
