What can I do if a neighbor's coup¨¦ is leak gasoline but nobody is doing anything just about it?

I moved into my apartment in October and called paperwork the very first day to consent to them know about the guy's car leak gasoline. Now it is the middle of Feb. and he is still parked outside, with gas dripping all over the parking lot. It's not considered a 'spill', but it is a steady drip. I know the guy have to put more money into paying for gas than anything else. The car is still drivable, and there isn't anything contained by our lease that says anything about gas leak from your car. It only states that you aren't allowed to do maintence contained by the parking lot.
I have been calling our supervision and security since Oct. and all they do is walk out notes on his door. I know people that work for the EPA, but I don't want to business with the hassle they will cause. But I still want to do something in need causing a big fuss or making our management too wacky. I pay a lot to live contained by a very nice place (minus my neighbor) and feel that something more should be done to remedy the situation. Who do I appointment?

Wrong turn on red traffic wishy-washy?

Call your local Fire Dept. they will handle the situation. If you call the Police they will beckon the the Fire Dept. I really would not waste much time in doing this as a gas leach no matter how small is dangerous.
I agree beside the others... A MATCH SHOULD END YOUR PROBLEM, AND THE OTHER GUY WONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT FIXING IT THEN.

have you talked to your neighbor himself?,
possibly the guy has no idea whats going on.

Other than the cell phone, what else...

Call the cops or the EPA, it won't be you who has to concordat with the hassle. They'll have a HAZMAT troop there in no time, and your neighbor will own to pay for it. The leak is hurting you AND the enviroment. Do you own a headache yet? Nausea?

Don't do him any favors. If you complained and nothing be done, than that's tough poo for him.

Get a advocate and threaten to sue your landlord on the grounds that it is creating a negative element of life. Or you may want to call your local report outlet and say that there is an environmental issue they want to come and investigate.

And if that doesn't work, put a can under his tank and put the gas into your saloon. Hey, what the heck, someone might as well get some use out of it. He see's that once or twice, he'll carry it fixed.

Emergency coup¨¦ pack?

Call one of the Major Oil Co.s , conceivably they'll give the guy a car near two leaking gas tanks. Seriously he should carry an award from a gov't. agency that is blocking fuel saving systems.

Is here a canon that say you...

tell this soul nicely because he might not even know himself. to have a up to date gas tank could be expensive. or put some epoxy adhesive textile over the leak and will seal it forever. epoxy can be use surrounded by a wet environment and can seal damp leaks.
Try talking to your neighbor subsequent time you see him out and about. Do you know for certain it is gas? There are other fluids contained by a car. Go to the source and ask him if he knows. People are so afraid of in recent times talking these days, right away telephone call "Big Brother" but you did do right by calling managment.

Are here any speed cameras or spec...

Answers:    Just call your local police department and file a complaint. If they won't do anything because it is on private property, later place a call to the fire department. Have a fire inspector come out and view the situation. I'm sure that he'll start some deed on getting it towed away.

Obviously, the owner has to be aware of the problem, and for some reason he hasn't done anything roughly speaking it.

Good luck
