I live in Illinois and there are signs on interstates that state "slower traffic save right". A lot of people do not know this, but it is a law surrounded by many states. I know it is annoying when people do this down you but this is the reason they do it. Next time just move over when you can, tolerate them fly by you and hopefully the police will catch them speeding.
