Answers:    First, be obliged you're alive.

Next, you will have to see the peacemaker. You probably had a court date assigned to you when you received the citation because I am sure you are one charged with unsafe driving.

The judge will ask you be doing 47 MPH over the posted limit. The intermediary will make an example of you.

You can probably own the reckless driving charge reduced within exchange for community service, defensive driving classes, etc. Just be advise that you are going to have to settle money for anything that reduces the charge.

You will earnings for the mistake.

Good luck.

Depends on the judge if you choose to disagree the citation. At the very lowest possible if will be a big fat fine and points on your license. Your license will probably not be suspended or revoked unless you own convictions for similar offenses. You may be able to attend traffic institution to avoid an increase in your insurance rates. Slow down & Good luck .
