What is endorsement within an intersection?

What is considered an intersection and more importantly “passing in an intersection”. I be ticketed for “passing in an intersection”. I go to see where the cop claimed I passed contained by an intersection. I was on a highway beside no stops. Their was a cross road which have stops, however the highway had no stops. Also it be a broken yellow row indicating it was a ratification zone. The IC he gave me on the ticket be 9-21-8-7 which does not address this issue, but passing on the vanished.

Take a photo of the area you be ticketed at and go to court.
If indeed you passed IN and intersection....you will own to pay a fine but since you run to court...it will be reduced.
If you go prepared...it will be best.
Also depends on the state.
In CA...you CAN surpass in an intersection and you will be ticketed for doing so...however...surrounded by the CODE book it is ONLY a suggestion as to NOT do it. The judge will not own you pay anything because the believe to be should know the law.
I enjoy the CODE book. Lots of things people are ticketed for specifically NOT a law.
