I was travelling S. on I 10 and saw out of the corner of my eye, an calamity on the N. travelling side, here in AZ. I following had to director back the other track, to pick up a friend in call for, and this time noticed one on the other side. It be a hard smash backside ender, obviously a result of ancestors staring, not realizing that so does almost everyone else, which cause the hiway traffic slowing to a halt. It only take 2 seconds to look up, in recent times in time to fancy your steering wheel. After dropping stale my friend, I headed rear, and traffic was at a crawl, from nonetheless another "gawker". I was curious as to what the narrative total number, of this "one after another rubber-necker rear-ender" sequential stupidity parade be...as this is my number one pet peeve on the road. Unless you enjoy the jaws of life contained by your trunk....keep moving, eyes ahead, as to obtain out of the way for the rescue folks to do what they seize paid to do. Maybe there's some police, emergency medical, tow truckers who enjoy a story to tell
Answers: One daylight, in my travels on I285 around Atlanta, I counted 16 different accident on both sides of the highway. I never knew so abundant people could be so disinterested within their own safety than to be looking at someone elses misfortune. Several of these accident were multi vehicle. I've written here previously that I saw 5 cars sideswipe a fire truck coming off the ramp attempting to acquire to an area merely past the ramp. These citizens were looking over the chain wall to see another round of cars entangled beside each other, with the sole purpose to hit the fire truck to their right. I found this amazing and stupid. They, as well as the fire truck, be now fragment of the show called,"The Atlanta 500 bypass." I am surprised to find that everytime I do walk through there, in attendance isn't more fatalities from the speeds that most of the 4 wheelers are traveling. And I mean within excess of 70+ mph in a 55 mph speed zone. But, as a professional driver, I am trained to examine out for them and do my best to prevent being involved near them. Out of all those accident, though, the fire truck was the merely big truck involved. We see so many problems everyday out in attendance, that sometimes we become callous and don't want to look and in recent times want to roll on through. Leave it to the people who can lend a hand them the most. I myself, would love to have truck just highways through or around cities where on earth no cars are allowed. Too many folks challenge other folks for the sheer fun of it. We need to rob back our roads and be responsible to respectively other for all our engagements that cause injury or demise. Be safe relatives. Pay attention and go on down the road. Don't make the addition of to problems that already exist when there's an accident.
