there are few more exceptions though - drivers and passangers of classic cars (originally manufactured without sanctuary belts). It wouldn't be the best solution to try fitting them into a Rolls Royce 10hp:-)
In some European countries you don't have to wear a seatbelt when reversing - not sure about England, though.
