Answers: Im a nervous driver too, i other say i suggest i have driver's anxiety (if that exists lol).Its only just a matter of driving matching routes when you go somewhere or if you're going somewhere spanking new driving there at a time when traffic is low even if its purely so you know the route...it will put you more at ease when you know exactly where on earth you are going, what lane to be in etc. I found i drive better when im listen to good music too...result in it distractes me from being troubled.
